Get to know us
Hi, I'm Kyle, and my wife of 25 years is Kim. We have survived the kids—middle school and high school, the COVID thing, cancer, corporate jobs, and being self-employed. We've weathered hurricanes that blow in most years; the last two were terrible, but we came out stronger. These experiences have shaped us and our perspective on life and travel.
Now that we're empty-nesters, we've come to appreciate that all those years were a lot of hard work. With only about 20 good years left, we are determined to make the most of them. We are on a quest to find the best travel experiences, aiming to ensure that the remainder of our lives is filled with joy. When we first started traveling, we were looking for guidance on what to do, where to stay, which sights to see, and the best restaurants to visit. However, we often found that the recommendations were geared toward younger travelers with entirely different tastes in wine, food, and accommodations.
Our mission
We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
